Ingredients quantity
refined flour 200 gm
fat to rub in and for frying  
salt to taste
oil for frying  

Method

1. Sift flour . Add sweet cumin,salt and peppercorns .2. Rub in fat .3. Add curds and cold water to make a stiff dough .4. Divide into equal portions . Roll in to round poories . Double them .5. Roll lightly . Fold again to form triangle .6. Roll lightly again and fry in deep fat till light brown .
