1. Mix together buttermilk and flour and set aside for 1/2 to 1 hour
.2. Add salt and more water to form a pouring batter .3.Heat 60 gm
fat . Add chopped green chillies ,ginger ,curry leaves and mustard
seeds . 4. When the seeds crackle ,pour over batter and mix well .6.
Heat griddle . Grease and pour ladlefuls of batter and prepare dosas.7.Serve
hot with coconut chutney.
