Mysore Bonda

ingredients quantity
split gram 115 gm
green chillies 2 to 3
coriander leaves 5 gm
curry leaves 1 sprig
coconut 10 gm
ginger 5 gm
peppercorns 2 to 3 `
salt to taste
oil for frying  

Method

1. Soak gram for an hour .2. Drain water completely and grind into a fine paste with salt and green chillies .3.Chop coriander ,ginger and curry leaves fine ,crush peppercorns coarsely and cut coconut into small pieces . Add to the ground paste .4. Meanwhile have oil ready for frying .5. Make lime-sized balls of paste and deep fry till golden brown .
