ingredients quantity
refined flour 200 gm
onion seeds 1 tsp
salt to taste
fat for rubbing in 15 gm
water  

Method

1. Sift flour . Add salt and onion seeds .2. Rub in fat with sufficient water to form a soft ,smooth dough .3. Roll out about 0.1 cm thick .4. Cut with a biscut cutter . Prick .5. Fry in deep fat till golden brown and crisp .6. Drain on absorbent paper and tin.
