1. Put the fat on a marble slab and beat with the palm of the hand
.2. When it gets smooth ,add half the rice flour .3. Cream well till
it forms a lump.4. Take out a tsp of mixture and put the rest in cold
water . 5. Sift flour and salt . Add the tsp of the creamed mixture
and water to make a fairly stiff dough. Divide into three portions
. Colour one pink and one green . Make each portion in to small balls.6.
Roll into thin chapaties .7. Apply creamed mixture . Sprinkle a little
rice flour over . Repeat process and put one of each colour to form
3 in one .8. Roll. Cut into 2.5 cm slices . Press down rolled end
.9. Roll out into rounds of about 7.5 cm diameter.10. Deep fry in
oil . Sprinkle over with powdered sugar .
