Celery Chowder

ingredients for 4
onions 40 gm
butter 30 gm
refinded flour 30 gm
chicken stock 295 ml
milk 445 ml
potatoes 115 gm
celery 85 gm
salt to taste
pepper a pinch

Method

1. Peel and slice onions and potatoes . Wash and chop celery into small pieces .2. Heat fat . Fry onions . Add flour and stir well .3. Add chicken stock ,potatoes and celery .4. Cook until soft . Add milk ,season and serve .
