Chicken Chowder

ingredients for 4
onions 40 gm
chicken fat 30 gm
refined flour 30 gm
chicken stock 300 ml
milk 450 ml
potatoes 115 gm
cooked chicken 115 gm
salt to taste
pepper a pinch

Method

1. Peel and slice onions and potatoes .2. Heat fat . Fry onions . Add flour and stir well .3. Add chicken stock and potatoes .4. Cook until soft . Add chicken and milk . Cook for 5 minutes longer .5. Season and serve hot .
