1. Peel and quarter potatoes .12. Chop onions and celery .3. Put
vegetables in stock ;add salt ;cook till potatoes are soft .4. Form
a puree by passing through a sieve . 5. Prepare a thin white sauce
with flour ,butter and milk .6. Add potato puree to sauce ;bring to
boil slowly .7. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley .
