Cream of Potato Soup

Cream of Potato Soup

potatoes 250 gm
onions 30 gm
celery 30 gm
salt 10 gm
parsley 1 sprig
milk 300 ml
refined flour 15 gm
butter 15 gm `
stock 900 ml

Method

1. Peel and quarter potatoes .12. Chop onions and celery .3. Put vegetables in stock ;add salt ;cook till potatoes are soft .4. Form a puree by passing through a sieve . 5. Prepare a thin white sauce with flour ,butter and milk .6. Add potato puree to sauce ;bring to boil slowly .7. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley .
