Cream of Spinach Soup

ingredients for 4
meat stock 750 ml
spinach 250 gm
refined flour 30 gm
butter 30 gm
milk 300ml
salt to taste

Method

1. Clean and wash spinach .2. Cook instock with salt .3. Rub through sieve when cooked . 4. Prepare wihite sauce using flour ,milk and butter .5. Add spinach puree.Reheat and serve .
