ingredients quantity
rice 200 gm
jaggery 150 gm
coconut 1/2
pepper 1 tsp
fat to fry  

Method

1. Soak cleaned rice for one hour . Grind coarsley . Add jaggery and grind to a smooth paste .2. Thin down to batter consistency with water .3. Mix in pepper and grated coconut . 4. Heat fat in a deep frying pan . Pour a ladleful of this batter and deep fry till golden brown .5. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
