1. Grate the coconut and grind to a fine paste . With 2 cups of water
,extract milk .2. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl .3. Add beaten yolks
and coconut milk and make into a thin batter . Add flavouring .4.
Melt 1/2 cup of fat in a thick -bottomed pan or pie dish and place
it in an oven .5. When hot ,pour about 1-11/2 cup of the batter .
Close the oven and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until brown on
top . 6. Put a spoon of fat on top and pour another layer of batter
. Bake for a further 20-30 minutes .7. Reheat layer by layer till
the batter is used up . When done ,remove from fire ,turn over and
sprinkle icing sugar over .
