Method1. Prepare a sugar syrup of one -string consistency .2. Add finely grated coconut .Stir till thick . Add powdered cardamoms .3. Remove from fire and spread half on a greased slab .4. Add pink cocoluring to remaining portion and spread over the first layer . Roll out evenly .5. Make into squares when still hot .6. Cut when cold and tin .
