ingredients for 4
rice 30 gm
milk 590 ml
sugar 115 gm
charoli nuts 30 gm
cardamoms a few
pistachio nuts 15 gm
almonds 15 gm

Method

1. Heat milk in a thick-bottomed pan . 2. Stir till it boils . Add washed rice. 3. Simmer for half an hour stirring occasionally .4. Add sugar and cardamoms . Serve hot or chilled as desired .
