1. Mix cornflower with a cold milk to a smooth paste .2. Boil half
the milk . Add halr the sugar .3. Pour over cornflour paste stirring
well .4. Return to fire and cook till thick . 5. When thick ,remove
and pass through a colander on to ice cold water .6. Meanwhile soak
sabja seeds in cold water and allow them to swell .7. pour a small
quantity of rose syrup in 6 glasses . 8. put in soaked sabjs seeds
and the cornflour globules .9. Mix remaining milk and sugar and pour
into the glasses .10. Top with cream and serve cold with crushed ice
cubes .
