ingredients 25 pieces
refined flour 115 gm
fat 15 gm
salt a pinch
cardamoms 4
fat for frying 15 gm
syrup  
sugar 115 gm
water 30 ml
lime juice a few drops

Method

1. Mix flour ,fat and salt and prepare a stiff dough using a little water .2. Divide into even sized balls . Roll in to thin poories about 7.5 cm in diameter .3. make slits in the centre taking care that the ends are not separated .4. Roll from either side to the centre . Fold ends and twist .5. Deep fry in hot fat . 6. Remove and dip in prepared sugar syrup of 2 string consistency .7. Sprinkle crushed cardamoms over .
