1. Mix flour ,fat and salt and prepare a stiff dough using a little
water .2. Divide into even sized balls . Roll in to thin poories about
7.5 cm in diameter .3. make slits in the centre taking care that the
ends are not separated .4. Roll from either side to the centre . Fold
ends and twist .5. Deep fry in hot fat . 6. Remove and dip in prepared
sugar syrup of 2 string consistency .7. Sprinkle crushed cardamoms
over .
