ingredients quantity
sugar 75 gm
fat 2 tbsp
eggs 2
milk 150 ml
refined flour 250 gm
baking powder 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
almonds or any nuts 10 gm
fat for frying  

Method

1. Cream sugar and fat till light and fluffy.2. Add beaten eggs and milk . Mix well .3. Sift together flour , baking powder and salt . 4. Add creamed mixcture and finely chopped nuts and make a dough .5. Roll out lightly . Cut out with doughnut cutter .6. Fry in hot fat till light brown .
