1. Grease a sandwich cake tin about 15 cm in diameter .2. Heat the
milk . When it comes to the boil add a few grains of citric acid at
a time and stir till it shows signs of curdsling . 3. Continue stirring
till it thickens .4. When it is quite thick and nearly dry add sugar
.5. When all liquid has dried up pour into the prepared tin . Spread
and cover at once . 6. Leave overnight . Ease off from sides lightly
with knife .7. Heat bottom gently and take onto a serving plate .
Decorate with chopped or sliced nuts .
