Method1.Boil potatoes in jackets . 2. Peel. Cut in to half lengthwise . 3 . Scoop out centre, leaving 1.25 cm . (1/2'')thick walls. 4.Stuff with prepared stuffing . 5. Put the halves together and secure with toopicks . 6. Fry titl light brown. Put into curry and cook for 15 to 30 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves. curry 7.heat a little fat . Add chopped onion ,chilli powder,turmeric and tomato puree. Stuffing 1.Heat fat .Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute . 2. Add peas and cook on slow fire till peas are tender . 3. Add scooped out potatoes , salt and lime juice and mix well .
