1.peel and cut potatoes into quarters .2. Heat fat and fry potatoes

Fry masala and all green chillies .5. Add washed and chopped spinach
and fenugreek leaves .6. Saute . Add potatoes and salt and cook covered
on a slow fire till potatoes are tender and the leaves are marshed
up . Garnish with coriander leaves .
