Amaranth Saute - Cholai Bhaji

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
amaranth 115gm
onions 1 medium sized
garlic 1 clove
salt to taste
to temper  
oil 1tsp
mustard seeds a pinch
split black gram 1 tsp
red chilli 1

Method

1.Heat oil . Add broken red chilli ,gram and mustard seeds .2. As seeds crackle , add chopped onion , garlic and green leaves . 3. Add salt and just sufficient water (about a tbsp) to cook leaves dry. 4. Cook over a slow fire till leaves are dry.
