Amaranth Saute - Cheera Vazhattiathu

 

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 FOR 100
amaranth leaves 450gm 11kg
small red onion 115gm 2.8 kg
green chillies 10 gm 250 gm
salt to taste 80 gm
oil 20 ml 400 ml

Method

1. Wash and drain leaves . 2. Peel and slice onions and slit green chillies . 3. Chop leaves . 4. Heat oil . Add onions and green chillies , saute for one to two minutes . 5. Add leaves and salt . Cover and cook for two to three minutes . Mix well and remove .
