1. Wash and peel vegetables and cut them in to long pieces . 2. Grind
together coconut , chillies and cumin to a fine paste . 3. Beat the
curds well. 4. Boiled vegetables in sufficient water with turmeric
and salt . 5. Add ground ingredients , beaten curds and curry leaves
. Bring to boil . Pour fresh coconut oil and remove from fire . Serve
hot.
