1.boil and peel potatoes and cut in to 2.5 cm (1'')cubes. 2. grind
chilies ,grated coconut and tamarind . 3. Add ground spices , salt
and jaggery (with sufficient water to cover potatoes) to the potato
cubes . 4 . Keep on fire. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
.5. Fry crushed garlic in oil .6. Remove potatoes from fire and add
fried garlic with the oil in which it was fried . . 7. stir well and
serve hot.
