1. Make a paste of the gram flour with a spoonful of buttermilk .2.
Add remaining buttermilk , turmeric ,ginger , green chillies ,coriander
leaves and salt . 3. Heat gently till the mixture thickens . Meanwhile
, cut ladies fingers in to 2.5 cm (1'') pieces .Season . Fry in hot
fat . 4. Add to buttermilk mixture and continue cooking for another
10 minutes .
