ingredients for 4 for 100
Brinjal 115 gm 2.8 kg
curds 225 gm 5.6 kg
chilli powder 5 gm 115 gm
garam masala a pinch 30 gm
cumin a pinch 30 gm
salt to taste 100gm
to temper    
mustard seeds a pinch 30 gm
red chillies 15 ml 500 ml
oil 15 ml 500 ml

Method

1. Place brinjal on live coals or grill and roast ,turning frequently.2. When skin turns black and the brinjal is soft inside ,remove and peel . 3.Mash well and add to beaten curds . 4. Add salt and spices and mix well.
