1.Heat oil. Fry ground masala . 2. Add crushed spices and fry well.
3. Add chopped tomatoes . Fry for 5 minutes ; 4. Add brinjals slit
into 4 and continue frying for a further 5-10 minutes . Add salt.
5. Add ground coconut . Cook till brinjals are done . 6. Add lime
juice or curds . Mix well. Remove . Garnish with mint.
