Cabbage and Potato Bhujjia

ingredients for 4 for 100
cabbage 250 gm 5.6 kg
potatoes 250 gm 5.6 kg
onions 60 gm 1.35 kg
fat or oil 30 gm 340 gm
cumin/mustard seeds a pinch 15 gm
green chillies 5 gm 115 gm
lime 1/2 8
salt 10 gm 100 gm

Method

1. Prepare vegetable . 2. Heat fat . Add cumin and sliced onions. 3. When slightly brown ,add prepared vegetables ,green chillies and salt . 4. Add enough water to cook . Cook till soft and dry. 5. Add lime juice and remove .

N.B.Mustard seeds may be used binstead of cumin .
