Cabbage Bhujjia

Cabbage Bhujjia

ingredients for 4 for 100
cabbage 450 gm 12.5 kg
onions 55 gm 1.35 kg
chilli powder 1/2 tsp 50 gm
green chillies 3 200 gm
salt to taste 100 gm
lime 1/4 8
coriander leaves a few springs 1 bunch
mustard seeds a pinch 10 gm
asafoetida a pinch 10 gm
oil 30 ml 500 ml

Method

1. Clean ,wash and shred cabbage . 2. Slice onion ;chop green chillies . 3 . Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle add asafoe tida .4. Add onion . Fry lightly . Add cabbage ,spices and salt . 5. Cook on slow fire for about 10 minutes . Add lime juice and coriander leaves .
