1. Soak cashewnuts in hot water for 2 to 3 hours . 2. Grind the spices
with onion and garlic .3. Mix with soaked cashewnuts and cook till
half done. 4. Slice coconut and cut slices into 1/2 cm . (1/4'') pieces
.5. Add coconut and salt to cashewnuts and cook till cashewnuts are
tender and hardly any liquid remains . 6. Heat fat .Add curry leaves
. 7. Add prepared cashews . Saute and remove . Serve hot.
