Cauliflower and Peas Curry

ingredients for 4 for 100
cauliflower 225 gm 5.65 kg
peas 225 gm 5.65 kg
onions 30 gm 680 gm
chilli powder 1 tsp 85 gm
coriander powder 1 tsp 85 gm
turmeric 1/2 tsp 15 gm
tomatoes 115 gm 2.8 kg
salt to taste 100 gm
fat 30 gm 340 gm
coriander leaves a few springs 1 bunch

Method

1. Wash and cut the cauliflower .2. Heat fat .Fry chopped onion till transparent . Add chilli powder ,turmeric and coriander powder . Fry for a few minutes .4. Add chopped tomatoes and a little stock or water and salt . 5. Cook on a very slow fire till vegetables are well cooked .6. Serve hot ,garnished with coriander leaves .
