ingredients for 4 for 100
cauliflower 115 gm 2.8 kg
peas 115 gm 2.8 kg
curds 225 gm 5.6 kg
chilli powder 5 gm 115 gm
salt to taste 100 gm

Method

1. Wash and cut cauliflower into fairly small pieces .2. shell peas . 3. Boil vegetables in salted water . Remove and drain .4. Beat curds with salt . 5 . Add boiled vegetables and sprinkle chilli powder to form a pattern.
