1.Break cauliflower into small springs and wash . 2. slice onion.,half
the garlic ,ginger ,chillies and grind remainder .3. Heat fat .Add
mustard seeds or cumin .When seeds crackle ,add turmeric and sliced
ingredients and fry well. Add ground spices and cauliflower .Add salt
.4. Cook mango powder .Stir well and remove .
N.B. Tomatoes may be substituted for mango powder ,in which case
,cook for a further 5-10 minutes after adding tomatoes .
