1. Cut cauliflower into flowerettes. 2. Heat fat .Add mustard seeds
and cumin . 3. When mustard seeds and cumin crackle ,add cauliflower
,chilli powder ,turmeric and salt . 4. Cook covered on a very slow
fire 5. When cauliflower is cooked add beaten curds . Mix well and
remove.
N.B. Asafoetida may be fried with mustard and cumin if desired .
