Chineese Vegetables

ingredients quantity
garlic 2 flakes
onions 100 gm
carrot 100 gm
cabbage 100 gm
cauliflower 100 gm
oil 2 tsp
salt to taste
sugar 1 tsp
pepper powder 2 pinches
lime juice 1/2 tsp
soya sauce 1 tsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
cornflour 1 tbsp

Method

Heat oil ,fry chopped garlic ,after sometime add cut onion,cut carrot and fry for sometime then add cut cabbage , cauliflower . Fry till it is half cooked . Then add lime juice ,pepper powder ,salt and sugar . Stir . Lastly add cornflour mixed with water . Stir well . Cook it for 5 minutes and remove .
