. Beat curds till smooth . Add salt. 2. Chop onions . 3. Grind ginger
and garlic and slice green chillies .4. Heat fat . Fry onions ,ground
garlic and ginger , chilli powder ,coriander powder and turmeric .
Fry well . 5. Add green chillies and cumin . Fry for a minute or two
longer . 6. Remove . Cool a little . Add beaten curds . Mix well .
Return to fire and heat for a few minutes stirring all the time. Mix
