Curd Pachadi

ingredients for 4 for 100
sour curds 225 gm 5.6 kg
green chillies 10 gm 225 gm
coconut 55 gm 1.36 kg
ginger 15 gm 340 gm
coconut oil 15 ml 250 ml
mustard seeds 1 tsp 30 gm
curry leaves a few 1 bunch
salt to taste 100 gm

Method

. Grate and grind coconut to fine paste . 2. Chop green chillies and ginger . 3. Beat curds well. Add ground coconut , green chillies and ginger . Add salt ; mix well .4. Heat oil . Add curry leaves and mustard seeds . When the mustard seeds crackle add to the curds mixture . Mix well .
